3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. Payment is due at the time of order. 4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in original, unused condition. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. The restocking fee is waived if the return is due to our error.
