When contacting us about an existing order, please have the following ready to help us assist you faster:

• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
• The email address used to place the order

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items in original packaging. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us first — do not ship items back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
