Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with backyardDepot. We are committed to getting your outdoor living products to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States (lower 48 states only). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore 6–9 business days under normal conditions.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for large items. Large outdoor structures such as gazebos, pergolas, and swing sets may be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States. No minimum order required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no coupon needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Freight / Large Item Deliveries

For large items shipped via freight:

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment
  • Inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt
  • If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Contact us at kevinraymond822@gmail.com if the issue is not resolved within 2 business days

backyardDepot is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
